Could anyone tell me why the + Tax is charging twice the amount on the state in Confirm Order?

And? Whats the problem? Try to describe it, lets say : when a customer check out having in his cart an item that cost 10$ + 1.5$ taxes then in the order confirmation page.....)

Why do you post the shipping settings? Are they related in any way?

Ok, so instead of charging 8.25% tax it's charging 16.5% tax so it's double in the + Tax: $17.99.

Sub-Total: $109.00

+ Tax: $17.99

USPS / FedEx / UPS (Shipping cost:): $14.70

Total: $141.69

I thought I've did something wrong on in the admin that's why I've posted my setting.

Also, when I change the Tax Rates percentage the Tax still change 16.5%.
