Guest Posted February 4, 2010 Share Posted February 4, 2010 My OScommerce website was showing the vat and shipping fee correctly, until a couple of weeks ago, when I asked our hosting guys to try to change the website prices from net to gross, which resulted in almost doubling all the prices, so he changed it back, but since then our website isn't showing the VAT on the goods sold nor the shipping fee, can anyone please help me with this? Our prices are all set as net prices and VAT box is showing VAT for sure, thank you. I have tried everything that I can think of, but still haven't managed to fix the problem, I am not a computer minded person, but I have looked everywhere trying to find the problem and fix it, but nothing good so far, would be grateful if someone would give me some advise and how to do this?
