How should I be informed what the customer has just bought

I am getting an email from Paypal that a purchase has been made but without any sales details. I was expecting an email from the site providing customer and sales information. Should I be getting an email with full details. If so what do I need to do to activate it.

I have the same problem all the time. It's like every other order. My store takes people to the paypal site and takes the payment and people just close out of it because they don't click on the return to merchant button where they have to go back and finish their order on my site. I even posted on the previous pages on my site in big letters for people to be sure to click that button and they never do. So I have to reply to their paypal payment email and ask them to go back and run the order through as a check or money order so the site sends me the order details. It's gettting extremly annoying and time consuming after a couple years, especially with repeat customers.... Anybody have any other kind of solution to this problem?
