I've had a button on my site that's basically an e-mail form that lets me approve offers from customers. It wasn't native to the cart, but it helped me increase conversions rather dramatically. Has anyone used a similar method in the past? Did it work for you? What do you think of the concept? I'm just curious to see if others would be interested in a similar feature.
