heatherhills Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 We have a website which is working fine except that we don't always get an email from site telling us what a customer has ordered, we just get an email from PayPal which gives name & address of purchaser and total paid but no information as to what they've ordered. Is there a way to link the individual products on the website to PayPal so that PayPal will display the items ordered and not just the total amount?
web-project Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 you need to read the manual on the paypal website, as it can be done 3 different ways. to link the individual products on the website to PayPal so that PayPal will display the items ordered and not just the total amount? for this way, you don't need to link every product as you can install the PayPal IPN module and use Transaction Type as Per Item Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
