help with delivery_address_format_id

does anyone know why that once in a while, my delivery_address_format_id will be set to 0 on some orders but not on other orders? can anyone relate? is there a way to fix it to 2 on all future orders? rather than 0 on some in the future?

Same issue here. In some orders delivery_address_format_id is 0 and delivery address fields are empty. No shipping charges are included into the order total which is causing a problem. Does anyone know of a solution to this please?
