Order Process Email showing incorrect item totals

This is what I see on an order:

 

1 x 3164) = $13.00CAD

Color White

Size Small

------------------------------------------------------

Sub-Total: $30.00CAD

 

As you see the total for the item should be $30 but it's showing $13.00 instead and this total is inconsistent and I'm not sure where to check to make sure that my code is correct.

 

Someone please help as this is affecting both the email sent to me and the customer.
