otgrouch Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 Since the USPS server is having fits, I figured I'd just kick shipping over to a flat zone based rate table that I've had in use for a while. It's the zone based rate module that comes with v2.2, with no add ons. For some reason, no rates are being returned unless the shipment exceeds 3lbs. That was my 3rd tier on the table, so I tried making two tiers at .001 and .002 lbs, but that didn't fix it. I can't find any reason why it would ignore the smaller weights...anyone got insight?
