Daniel Papanikolaou
Hey everyone, My webdesigner/programmer left me and now im stuck to do everything by myself, i own a small business called Fitbits, we are located in the Gold Coast in Australia and i am wanting some help aboout updating and fixing my oscommerce for my shopping cart. The website is www.fitbits.com and you can go have a look but i dont like the way there is one standard size for images and that i can only use paypal for my purchases and i dont know how to upgrade. I have been looking at joomla and it looks like a much easier program to use and the extension for shopping cart. Can someone please assist me and help me out. Guest
I looked at the site. It's looks to be in good condition other than you haven't implemented any security measures. I would suggest: 1) Secure your site !!!! 2) Simple Multi Images http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7008 3) Complete your conditions of use and privacy notice 4) Fix your sub-category images Chris
multimixer
Yes, the site looks good. I would add also some SEO tools, like Header Tags SEO and SEO url's, there are 2 of them, called "by chemo" and by "FWR media" There are many contributions for images, like the one suggested, but others too. Regarding payment, there are x available payment gateways, some of them are already "preinstalled" in your system, you just need to activate them I would not change to Joomla or something else, after you have already such a nice site. Thats just on top of many other reasons, why to prefer osCommerce as a cart system.
