A Canadian customer can select (defaults) to First-Class Mail International Large Envelope but then when he gets to the confirmation page the shipping is Global Express Guaranteed (GXG). In fact no matter what they select for shipping, it will always display Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) on the confirmation page. All US shipping works as the customer selects.
