Occasionally (but becoming more frequent) a customer will place an order on line, complete the order by paying for it with eProcessing and go home happy. However, the order does not get recorded on my site. The account for them as a customer is there and I get their payment, but it shows no order for them. This happens with orders from different countries and for both new and existing customers.

Any similar experience out there? Any solutions? Any vague guesses?

Patrick, Did you ever figure this out? Seems many people have had this problem, but so far nobody has posted a way to resolve it.

If it isn't being posted to the database, then there is an error in the payment method module.

I got in touch with support. Basically there was a blocked integration protocol, DBE. All is well now. Maybe this should be added to the contrib setup read me file "be sure to enable DBE access in the E Processing control panel."

I am having this same issue. I have been searching for 2 days for a phone number to call tech support and can't find one. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I am getting an email notification of the payment but no email for the order and it is not listed in the admin section under orders. If it is a new customer their name is not even showing up in the customer list. I called Netfirms (my host) and they said it is an OS Commerce problem. The thing is I haven't done any changes to the system so I don't know why this started all of the sudden 2 days ago.

Probalem came back and I couldn't remember what it was. So I signed on to search and remind myself. I'm only replying to provide you the number you requested. The person I was told to speak with was Jason, the integration specialist, 713-880-0327 (voice) I'm going to be calling him shortly.
