Then you are likely not legally able to use osC in a live shop, or any other eCommerce solution for that matter, if you are in the US. Most states require you to be a minimum age in order to enter into a contract, which is what you are doing with anyone that purchases from you and agrees to pay you with a credit card, Paypal, or any of the other payment processing companies in the US..
