arnpro
Hey guys, I recently got working my site, it's on: http://shop.sri.com.ve/ but there's a problem, it won't let me log in as customer. I tried surfing around and everytime I click new link it changes the osCID, is that normal?, and also most of the links, go into a loop, and browser says "Page is not redirecting properly" or something. So, from a link that looks like this: http://shop.sri.com.ve/product_info.php?products_id=20&osCsid=4763d820e69cd7a2bf224ba322eab71d after I click it, it becomes: http://shop.sri.com.ve/product_info.php?products_id=20&osCsid=4763d820e69cd7a2bf224ba322eab71d So can someone tell me please what is going on? I appreciate any help, thanks alot (y)
Guest
Check your settings, I have a feeling you have Ultimate SEO's installed ???? Near the bottom of the configuration for that, there is a redirect setting....make it false. Reset the cache before making it true again. arnpro
wow Chris m8, you own, it worked. Even tho SEO isn't enabled (false), but anyways it worked, thanks agen. EDIT: logging in, is still not working, maybe because it's changing the oscID constantly, any idea how to fix this?
Guest
Yes, you definitely have OSCID issue, unfortunately I can't help you with it. There is a support thread here somewhere detailing fixes and causes. Do a search for it. Chris
