Godaddy windows server issue

I used the 28 september 08 file.

 

I have godaddy hosting windows server. Here are my settings. I have used both smtpout.secureserver.net (what godaddy says) and the relay hosting one because in admin-->tools-->server info the php core says the relay host address and port 25, however I know that cox, my isp, blocks port 25 so my question is can i change that php.ini somehow to port 80 or 3535 the other options godaddy says. I have tried all three ports to no avail already.

SMTP Authentication Password **************

 

 

Any help would be greeeeatly appreciated, as the email function is what is stopping the store from going live.
