Products Listing on Admin

Dear Memebers,

 

i am seeking your help in the admin section , i would like to have the products model showing next to the Categories / Products

i mean in the page

i have many Products , and many have same name, so it is hard to edit them ,

 

so will be somthing like so ,

 

Categories/Products Products Model Status Action

 

any advice will be greatly appreciated ,
