Error when editing USPS shipping module

Just added to clean instal USPS method 4_3_2 Getting following error when try and edit USPS Shipping:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_cfg_multiinput_list() in /public_html/admin/modules.php(213) : eval()'d code on line 1

 

Any ideas of what i need to fix?

Opps- didn't fiinish all the steps!----------------------

 

Getting error to contack store owner for USPS shipping. For Flat rate need to have choice start at flat rate Medium.
