I would like first to represent the products that have "prices" on each category, as a default..

Some of the products in my store does not have prices.

I would like that in each "products list" in my store, first it will display the list of all the products that have prices, then after the products without prices.

You could change your default sort order to sort from high to low, or you could try Spooks' product listing contribution.
