How do I remove "PRIVACY NOTICE" & "CONDITIONS OF USE" and insert "REFUND POLICY" ?

It depends where on the page they are.

 

Above is an example to remove them from the left column

 

catalog>includes>column_left.php

 

Are they in the right column?

 

Could be in the header or the footer or be in one of the boxes.

I too would like to just remove "Conditions of Use" which is found in the "Information" box, left column in v2.3.1.

 

I do not have a catalog/includes/column_left.php file, nor do I have catalog/includes/boxes

 

I downloaded the file again to see if I was missing any files but the new download doesn't contain these files either.

 

How do I remove "Conditions of Use" from v2.3.1

You will need to edit the code in includes/modules/boxes/bm_information.php.

 

Change this:

 

' <a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_CONDITIONS) . '">' . MODULE_BOXES_INFORMATION_BOX_CONDITIONS . '</a><br />' .

 

to this:
