All Emails in HTML?

I noticed there are many contributions to give the ability to email in HTML.

 

Is there one that gives this option to ALL emails?

I want to be able to send HTML emails for the newsletters, admin emails, new orders, welcome email, order updates, tell a friend, etc. I want them all to follow the same template.

Is there a single contribution that does it all? If so which one?

 

All the contributions say what they do but none says its limits nor do they provide screenshots. What do you recommend?

If there is not a single contribution to do this, what combination of contributions are there and what do you recommmend?
