wolfsim
I have successfully run my 2.2 MS2 oscommerce store for the past 2 years with only odd problems arising. When I attempted the upgrade for 2.2 Release Candidate it sent my shop in a spiral so I had to restore my backup. I didn't notice at the time but now realise that it has lost some of my options. The main issue seems to be none of my customers are receiving emailed copies of their orders. Having looked at the Admin - where my Admin configuration lists the following menu options, they are all now empty and have no content allowing me to change their settings: •E-Mail Options •Download •GZip Compression •Sessions I have searched endlessly on forums and tried to find the relevant files in a new install I saved to my hard-drive for comparison but I just can't see where the missing info is supposed to be, or moreso what the missing info even is!? Can someone please please help me - I really want to see the Email Options return! I'm on a Linux server - PHP version 5.2.9 Many thanks in advance
johnnybebad
go check in phpmyadmin in your control panel or similar in your configuration table for the missing items. as the values are stored in the configuaration table, on my site the config ids are between 12-15. cheers Getting better with mods but no programmer am I. wolfsim
Thanks, I've already tried this and compared the values against a fresh install (test) but I can't see anything different? SQL tables are completley confusing to me so I may have missed something obvious but at face value my live copy and test copy look the same. I've spent sooo many hours trying to resolve, I could just cry with it!!
