One Order Confirmation e-mail to multiple customers

Hello,

I'm new in this forum, cause I always find answers here. But I really need your help at the moment.

The problem is

 

When customer A places an order and buys an Item, he gets a confirmation letter

Then customer B buys an Item, he gets a confirmation letter

Then customer A gets customer's B confirmation letter!!

 

This is very very urgent, because people are complaining about spam, and asking if they are being charged!

I would be grateful for any type of help

check the session or cookies settings, as this is simply mixed up.

 

The oscommerce admin panel --> Configuration --> Sessions should have the following:

Session Directory /tmp

Force Cookie Use False

Check SSL Session ID False

Check User Agent False

Check IP Address False

Prevent Spider Sessions True

Recreate Session False

The settings are correct, just as You described.

 

I recently (2days ago) changed the Recreate Session option to False (because there were problems with customer information remaining in fields, therefore other customers could see the other customer's information). Could this be the cause?

can be, as the oscommerce stored the session in db.
