Hi

I have just installed the new SagePay Form 1.2 module and receive the following error when hitting "confirm order":

3039 : The TxType or PaymentType is missing.

If I hit back from SagePay and then hit refresh, it works.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

From the Sage support site http://techsupport.protx.com/errorindex.asp

MALFORMED: The TxType or PaymentType is missing.

The TxType field (also called PaymentType in very old protocols) should contain the type of transaction you wish to perform. Values such as PAYMENT, DEFERRED, REFUND etc. as outlined in the VSP System Protocols. Check the protocol document for the system you are using (available here on the support web site) and ensure you are sending the correct value in the TxType field.

I'm feeling lucky today......maybe someone will answer my post!

I do try and answer a simple post when I can just to give something back.

Please set the TxType as “Payment” in admin sage pay form configuration setting and check Pre-authentication setting on or off in your sage pay account.

or else contact sage pay related to profile setting.
