ozEworks Posted January 16, 2010 Share Posted January 16, 2010 I would rename the Preparing one to something more customer friendly and use it. E.g. PayPal and then do as the other poster suggested and check if ou don't get an email from PayPal to make up. I would also rename Delivered to Shipped since Delivered means they got it.
