Intresting problem with net and gross prices

An example to show my problem:

 

1. I set tax class to 12%. I have set the tax zone too.

 

2. I set price to a product: gross price 100 euros.

 

3. It will automatically set the net price to 88 euros.

 

 

The problem is that some of the customer still sees the prices in net prices when they surf on my website. They can even buy the product with the net price. :rolleyes: But for me and some other people the shop shows the prices correclty as gross price.

 

Any ideas what´s wrong?

 

Could the problem involve to tax zone so the shop executes the tax zones only to some customers? I had to delete the tax% from all products to get it work but now it sucks because the customer can´t see the tax% in the invoice.

I wouldnt know for sure, Was the product set to taxable in the cat/products area in admin.

 

also check your configuartaion to see of the dosplay tax is set and other than that without looking its difficult to say.

 

You may want to try viewng your site through a proxy server, pick servers from different countries including the one you set for the tax zone and that may help you identify if its the zone, or change the address to different zones in the checout process and see if the price changes.

A product price has twp parts.

1)Price

2)tax amount.

 

Tax is assoicated witha Zone.

So if for some Zones tax class not defined then they will be displayed price part one and tax will not get added.

 

Make sure that all zones are mapped to tax.
