ozEworks Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 Then in what way is it working? Check your install and make sure you did all steps and then link there which Add On you installed because there is more than one when it comes to Customer Export.
gkrehbiel Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Was this ever resolved, because I am having the same problem. I installed Customer Export. It shows up in the admin page. It displays customers in groups of 80. But when I click on the "export" button, nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks, Greg
gkrehbiel Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 I found that this is only a problem in IE. When I opened the admin page in Firefox, it worked just fine.
