I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Another is custmers having problems logging in or getting errors when trying to log in???? HELP! Please. Paul
ozEworks Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 We had this problem once and it was the Order ID being incremented due to the customer using the back button on their browser when paying from PayPal instead of using the onpage PayPal return to merchant link. We patched the checkout_success.php code if I remember correctly.
