Shopping Cart and Category Questions

Well this is my first store, and I definitely learned that I need to learn a lot more php. But this has been a great learning experience.

There are two things that I can not figure out or resolve for the life of me.

If you go to the store and click on "Ard Products" for example, then click on a part. If you go to click on "Ard Products" again...

It brings you to a list for of each item from that category that the part you were just looking at belongs to.

The other problem that I am experiencing is that when you click on the "Add to Cart" it just refreshes the page and adds the item

to the cart. I really want it to bring you to the shopping cart instead. Any ideas on this one? I found this bug report but nothing else.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Administration -> Configuration -> My Store -> Display cart after adding product. Set to true.

I knew it was something I was overlooking/forgot about. Thank you so much.

I finally understand what you meant by this... although I cannot help with this I can tell you that the categories breadcrumb appears to not be static on that ARD Products banner. It maintains the last category value, as it should if you had a category tree, and not what should probably be a static link to the main ARD Products category.

Maybe with that explanation maybe someone else can offer some assistance.
