Domestic USPS Stopped working after 1/42010 changes

For some reason on that monday 1/4/2010 US shipping was working but now it is isn't for me.

 

I replaced the domestic methods with this but it still doesn't work

);

 

 

Do I need to run an SQL statement? If so what is it?
