Add Products Model to Admin section

I am trying to add the products model to my admin page without success. I have added the heading, but not the actual product model/item code for each product. Right now in my admin categories, I only have descriptions. Please let me know the correct coding and changes that would allow me to add the model numbers first with the description second.
