hansonspakistan
Error seen using Internet Explorer & Opera : ------------------------------------------ http://sylvanahome.c...b142395a678a85e While all OK can be seen using Firefox browser. Isn't there a way to edit the fckeditor file that could separate the inter mingled flashzoomer and the Product description done via fckeditor .. For inforamtion I have installed this addon ( all in one fckeditor ) for product descriptions : description text sticks to left side " Available Size Small, Medium, Large, Xlarge " and default text goes behind the flash Image zoomer ( flashzoomer )" This product was added to our catalog on Saturday 09 January, 2010 " I think its the fckeditor , perhaps some code addition is required to separate the two into a proper format .. but how can this be resolved .. need help http://addons.oscomm...com/info/5679/v,22 waiting anxiously to resolve. hansonspakistan
Ive been fiddling around this and Ive come to develop some understanding but dont know whether its the problem or part of it or if its not at all. 1. I disabled flash zoomer - saw that there are two identical descriptions seen .. I figured that the fckeditor which Im using is duplicating content by placing the same text to the previous text editor or having it saved in the early product description text . I hope you got the point .. see : http://sylvanahome.com/store/error.html ....... here you can see original in top side and duplicate in some other font style .. 2. I can see old image format .. i.e. image and pop up for resize image can be clicked also .. does this mean that if flashzoomer is enabled .. then the flashzoomer replaces the older or is it that it just overlaps the old image format .. its silly of me to say this .. because this confusion is making me think that these are the reasons that perhaps its error prone at IE browser. 3. when I re-enbale the flash zoomer the original text gets disappeared or gets hidden behind the flashzoomer screen .. while rest of text ( in grey ) is partially seen hidden behind the flashzoomer .. meanwhile the duplicate text is squeezed toward the left .. never intend to place it there via fckeditor .. If this is so then How can I remove / stop the original image + product description to co-exist and manipulate the text im placing via fckeditor .. am I going the right direction ? perhaps this information may help others to find a way through this because Im bummed out and need urgent help . .stuck to the neck now .. http://sylvanahome.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=456 HANSONS PAKISTAN
ozEworks
Can't get to your links. I think what you are really trying to say is the CONTENT you added to the product description is not working under IE? Would not surprise me if you were adding Code to the content - a flash zoomer? - instead of just text and HTML. Can you explain again what is it you are trying to do on the Product page and give links that work?
