I have installed Easy Populate with no propblems or so I thought I then found Recover cart Sales and Margin Reports were not working and showing an error page. I reinstalled the data etc for the contributions Margin Reports and Recover cart sales, now everything works except when I click on Customer/Orders I get an error page and cannot view any customer orders. Does anyone have any suggestions please before I have to reverse the installations The URL of the error page generated is http://www.cardcraft-uk.co.uk/admin/FILENAME_CUSTOMERS?selected_box=customers Thank you in advance Paul
Jack_mcs Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 That page has FILENAME_CUSTOMERS in the url which most likely means you overwrote the includes/filenames.php file with one that didn't have all of your definitions. You need to load the original file and then merge it with the existing one to be sure you have all of the definitions. At least I can view and print orders/invoices. The links are now working from the Admin left hand menu and the middle of the box but, but are still showing BOX_CUSTOMERS_ORDERS Paul
