AmyMarieSodus Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 I am having trouble installing the Paypal Express Checkout Module. After installing the module, then going into the admin to edit it, after putting in the correct information for my customers paypal account, then hitting update. The data does NOT keep. It goes back to the default information. Same thing happens with the shipping information for USPS. I have gone in and added the information per phpMyAdmin in the database. That worked. But when I go and try to test the Shop this is the error that I get: Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/../oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817/catalog/ext/modules/payment/paypal/express.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear:/usr/local/share/fpdf') in Unknown on line 0. I see that there is an extra directory in there "/ext/" don't know where that comes from. I also don't understand the "pear" or "fpdf" in the include_path. Can you please help me figure this out. thank you, Amy Marie in Sodus Quote

AmyMarieSodus Posted January 19, 2010 Author Posted January 19, 2010 First of all, thank you for responding. I have uploaded just the catalog folder and the FS paths are all ok. I am so confused on why they do not keep the data. Is there any file from the server that I can place here that will help figure this out? thank you, Amy Quote
AmyMarieSodus Posted January 21, 2010 Author Posted January 21, 2010 Has anyone run into this problem before? Quote
satish Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required ' The file might be there. Your FS path in configure.php lets the oscommerce know the file path. Using server info(admin) YOu can get the idea of what value should go. Check for doc root or script path in that page.
