Floob Posted January 9, 2010 Share Posted January 9, 2010 Hi, I have successfully made a test transaction using the 'Test' system, and refunded the transaction. But I did not get an email to confirm that I had made a refund, and it also didnt update the order status in oscommerce. I am using the 'Form' system. Should I have received the above notifications? But when I refund a transaction, neither I nor the customer gets notified - also the order in osCommerce does not change status at all. Should I be getting notifications emails? Thanks, Floob. Should I be getting notifications emails? Sage doesn't communicate back to your website about refunds in Form or Server. It's up to you to inform the customer if you want to. Sage doesn't issue refund emails either (although I think they should). Quote I'm feeling lucky today......maybe someone will answer my post!
