I am getting the above warnings on checkout_confirmation.php. Since the problem is probably not in that file or ot_tax.php - Would someone please point me in the right direction? Please?

 

I have seen some of this discussed with google checkout, but I haven't installed google checkout, and those answers don't make sense to me.

 

Where do I find said variable? Why isn't it getting passed?

Can someone tell me if this is a php error? I seem to have found some info that this is a bug in some versions of php. Does anyone know? I am not proficient enough to identify where the problem is coming from.
