Login Issues - Endless Loop - Unable to Login

Some users of the store, can not login. It is quite frequently occuring on all different browsers and computers and all Windows versions AND Mac. Individuals will try to login and get redirected to the login page.

 

We’re still getting customers stuck in an endless loop of needing to sign in over and over.

 

PLEASE, what I we do to prevent this???

Aer you forcing cookie usage? If they have cookies disabled that is what will likely happen.

how would i force or unforce cookie usage? i have no idea, i have installed from the newer version of oscommerce.. what should the cookies be set to in the configuration file? Thank you SOO much for your assistance

I have similar issue, customer enable the cookie, still not able to login, really hope someone can help.

Anyone solved the problem? I have the same. Firstly everything was OK, anf after a few weeks th eproblem accurs, I haven't changed to the site anything :( and now the mentioned problem accured, I haven't find the solution or advices anywhere :(
