Order Totals not showing in order comfirmation page

Hi,

 

On my confirmation page, the pricing is not showing it just shows blank in that box next to billing edit. See below what should be there but is missing.

 

Sub-Total:

Idaho Taxes:

Shipping (Ground):

Total:

 

 

This is the page that has the confirm order button and is labled: cart/checkout_confirmation.php

 

The cart is not showing errors just missing data. Your help is appreciated.
