pay by paypal standard, not getting order process emails and the stock was not reduced

Customers pay by paypal, I did not get order process emails and the stock accounting was not reduced. (I only can see the order in admin orders)

 

When customers pay by Money order, they will click the "confirm order" and go to the "checkout_success" page. Then everything is working fine.

 

When customers pay by paypal, they go to their paypal account and chick "pay now", that is it! they will never be followed to the "checkout_success" page. I think that is why OSC doesn't realize the order.

 

How to solve this? Thanks.
