Checkout Subtotal Tax Warnings

I am getting the above warnings on the page below during checkout

catalog/checkout_confirmation.php?osCsid=3aa64d46b752b26766bd07a5b09f9874

 

I have seen others mention this problem in regard to Google Checkout, but I am not running Google checkout. Also the Subtotal & Total lines across from the "billing address" "payment method" edit options are showing 0.

 

Has anyone seen this? Where are these errors coming from sine ot_tax.php is probably not the problem?
