I have the following entries but cannot get any calculation to appear for shipping on my site. Enable Table Method True Shipping Table 1:8.50,50:5.50,10000:0.00 Table Method weight Handling Fee 0 Tax Class --none-- Shipping Zone New York State Sort Order 0 Under config/shipping/packaging I have the tare weight set for zero, and the larger package - percentage increase to zero Any advice??? Guest Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 Joseph, Do you have your store zone assigned under admin>configuration>packaging/shipping ??? Also, the test customer you are using, is it set up for NY State ? Anyone outside of that zone will not receive shipping information, so make sure you have ALL the zones set up properly. I've gone under admin>configuration>packaging/shipping and do not see a place to assign the store zone. This is what I'm looking at: Country of Origin United States Postal Code 14075 Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 500 Package Tare weight. 1 Larger packages - percentage increase. 0 Country of Origin Select the country of origin to be used in shipping quotes. Date Added: 10/24/2006 I've removed the New York State shipping zone. Below is what appears under the Shipping Module. This however has not helped. zozobo1 Posted January 5, 2010 Author Share Posted January 5, 2010 After searching through any post that seems to discuss a problem similiar to mine, I've set the Package Tare weight to equal 0. Under Admin>Modules>Order Total I have Allow free shipping set to false. I've turned the table rate setting off then on again (false then true). All to no avail.
