message in admin Constant MODULE_SHIPPING_USPS_SERVER already defined

Want to see if can salvage web site after getting Hacked. In Admin screen Get following error Message:

Notice: Use of undefined constant SID - assumed 'SID' in /hermes/bosweb/web015/b159/sl.keepsakecaboose/public_html/admin/includes/functions/html_output.php on line 31

 

I haven't done anything to catalog side would like to get admin up so that i can change prices, so that not selling product i don't have any more had to use ebay.
