Shipping by table weight issue when adding mulitple items

Hi,

 

I am trying to figure out the best way to set up my shipping.

 

I am using the weight system but the problem is that although I want a product to have a 10# shipping weight and cost of $20 for each instance of that item, when a customer adds more than one of the same item it looks for another weight in the shipping module that matches the total weight in all.

 

However, what I would like it to do is keep using that same weight that the item was assigned to but just multiply it by however man items the customer selected. In addition, it may be nice to even give a slight discount in the shipping for extra instances of the product.
