When an International customer tries to proceed with a sale, the shopping cart completely disregards and skips the shipping calculation. Yet when the delivery address is in Australia everything is OK. The Problem Cart www.aallpaints.com.au I have 2 other shopping carts and they work fine. (the 2 that work fine are based with MD Webhosting). I have the latest Aust Post Module on all 3 sites. I am completely baffled. I would appreciate any help. Unless you have free shipping for international, I would start by checking your zones and country codes and shipping zones. It does not appear to ne related to the Aust Post module. I have SPPC contrib installed, and I had set up retail customers to only use the Austrlian Postal Options. As the customers were based overseas, it couldnt select any other postage option.
