Add description to payment options?

Hi folks,

 

Any idea how to add a little description (and apply a different CSS style) to each payment option on the /checkout_payment.php page? Something like:

 

Credit Card Payment (Visa or Mastercard only)

 

Where the "(Visa or Mastercard only") has a different CSS style applied? I know I can change the text in the language file but what about adding a different style? That's the part I'm stuck on.
