Http 500 Error Admin Side after installation

Hi all i've searched for an answer but can only find comments on the catalogue side to this problem

 

When I complete installation I can acess my (catalogue/store front) fine but my admin side throws up http 500 errors i've checked both of my configure files and all settings are fine permissions on folders and files are also fine, I tried deleting my Htaccess files but that didn't change anything either i'm just going over stuff i've already tried now so if anyone can help me out would be much appreciated

I also have the same error every now and then - Usually it is just your server that is too busy or maybe they are busy switching servers - It is very difficult finding a free server that is up 100% of the time!
