Additional info to product listings

Hello!

 

I wonder if someone could help me figure it out ;)

 

I need to make additional info-text placed under prices. It will be exactly the same text for all articles (depends on choosen language - in english or german) - "19% Tax icluded. Shipping costs not included."

You can see example on attached picture, left preview is my actual shop and on the right side is how it should look like. I'm serious noob in oscommerce and can't figure it out.

Only thing I figured is that product_listing.php file could be responsible so I've attached it too. Thanks in advance!

This is good because you can use the field and value on all products, however you will have to manual select the drop down box on the product and update to make changes (on every product) where the placement goes is more or less up you for each product listing, try it there is no harm just renember to back up!!!
