Need a proper sales report

I have tried several sales report addons, but I could not find a proper one.

 

The report should have the information below for each product sold:

 

Name of the product sold;

Name of the purchaser;

purchaser address and email address;

sales price;

shipping charge;

date of sale

 

Whoever used a similar report system, could you please recommend one to me? Thanks.
