Subcategories?

Hi, does anyone know of a contribution that will allow me to add subcategories to my categories I already have in my store. I ran across some contribution but there overall function is vague.

You can add sub-categories to your categories right in your admin panel.

 

Open an exsisting category, notice the button on the bottom to add a category?
