nkahook Posted December 29, 2009 Posted December 29, 2009 So you know how you can choose which comments you want customers to see or not to see by checking or unchecking the notify customer checkbox? My coworker just notified me that one of our customers saw a comment that we unchecked and did not want him to see. How could this happen?

Unchecking the append comments box only stops the comments from being sent with the e-mail. The comments are still added to the order history and will show up on the website. Tim

If you uncheck that box, it stops the e-mail from being sent, but the comments are still stored and viewable on the customer order history page. Tim
