Database data in strange symbols

I have just installed the v2.2rc2a, I have set up the website to show traditional Chinese and encoding to UTF-8. and the website seem to working fine. seeMy Online Tea shop

When I viewing the database with phpMyAdmin all the data is saved in strange symbols.

Anyone can help?
