cLin Posted December 27, 2009 Posted December 27, 2009 Hi, I just installed CCGV 5.21 and noticed i can't seem to put both a discount amount along with free shipping in the same coupon. When I try to make a coupon for completely free product (customer pays nothing, mainly used for investors, close friends) it'll only apply the free shipping. If I remove the free shipping, the discount amount applies. I want to be able to put 100% in the Coupon Amount and check the free shipping box. I assume it's possible to do because of this line in the readme.. Update in ot_coupon payment. Now you can use free shipping with an amount Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? Quote
Jack_mcs Posted December 28, 2009 Posted December 28, 2009 I don't use that version but in all others I am aware of, you cannot set both a discount and free shipping at the same time. This is clearly stated in the docs. If you are still having problems though, you should post in the support thread for that contribution since that is where the people that use it are more likely to see the post.
